All professional fees must be paid as per the agreed proposal or engagement letter. Work will commence only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed initial payment.

8.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee property acquisition, price outcomes, investment returns, capital growth, rental yields, or financing approval. All real estate decisions involve market risks.

8.3 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Conduct independent legal, financial, and tax due diligence

9. Confidentiality

10. Non-Solicitation

During the engagement and for 12 months thereafter, clients agree not to solicit or hire FDPA employees or contractors without prior written consent.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any outstanding amounts for completed work shall remain payable.


12. Compliance with Australian Laws
